Wedding Locations at Jade Mountain

Wedding Locations

There are many location choices on our 600 acre estate with two beaches. At Jade Mountain, the Celestial Terrace is a popular wedding location and has been used twice as the Final Red Rose Proposal in ABC's The Bachelor and also in the UK version of this show. At Anse Chastanet, popular locations are the Treehouse, the Anse Chastanet and Anse Mamin beach. Weddings can also be arranged in the guests’ sanctuary, at our old colonial plantation of Anse Mamin or on board of one of our boats. There is no standardized wedding program. The bride and groom can get as involved in all details of the wedding ceremony as they wish and can decide on the location of their wedding after their arrival.

The Celestial Terrace

The Celestial Terrace offers one of the Caribbean's most spectacular wedding locations possible. With a 360 degree panoramic view of St. Lucia's Unesco World Heritage Site, the Pitons and the Caribbean Sea, it is an ideal location for couples with or without a wedding party. This is an excellent location for a welcome reception and can also be used for the wedding dinner itself.

Perched high above the coral reefs on the south end of Anse Chastanet beach, Kai Mer is an intimate, very private choice for a panoramic ocean view location. There are a number of stairs to climb to this location and it is suited for couples celebrating alone or with a small group of no more than 6-8 guests.

Weddings Off & Under

Wedding Couple under water

For the truly adventurous certified divers, Jade Mountain can arrange a wedding ceremony under water. It must be noted that the FORMAL part of the ceremony will take place above water, on the water's edge, prior to the couple diving off to repeat their vows under water, using both slates and underwater sign language. The sequence can also be done in the reverse if you prefer to say the formal above water vows dripping wet...

Weddings Off Shore

Wedding Couple on sail boat

Jade Mountain has a number of boats which can be rented and used for the wedding ceremony, with the Resort and Piton mountains becoming the scenic backdrop. Most of our boats are suitable for smaller wedding groups, however, our 65 foot power catamaran, Lucky T, is a perfect venue for larger groups.
